What We Kept Seeing
Every organization we walked into had already figured out how to grow. They had relationships, reputation, and real momentum. What they did not have was a system behind any of it.
In commercial organizations we saw salespeople protecting their pipelines like personal property. CRM systems nobody trusted. Dashboards nobody looked at. Founders who knew they had untapped potential but had hit a wall — not because the market was not there, but because the infrastructure behind the growth never got built.
In nonprofits we saw the same thing in different framing. Donor data scattered across Excel files on a server directory. Gift officers without visibility into their own performance. Entire organizations running on the institutional knowledge of two or three people — and praying none of them left.

Why Both Worlds
Commercial firms at $1M–$100M have always struggled to access the kind of operational expertise that larger organizations take for granted. Nonprofits at the same scale have it even harder — fewer resources, higher stakes, and almost no one building real infrastructure for them. RVG was built to serve both because the gap is identical in both worlds. And closing it is the only thing we do.
What drives us is simple. Every organization we have ever worked with had more potential than they were reaching. Not because of the market. Not because of the team. Because the engine to unlock it was never built. That is what gets us out of bed. That is what RVG is here to fix.
